First time I have ever had a warm experience at an eye dr. There actually personable and nice! Seem like there happy to be at work and around each other it was absolutely refreshing!

After more than a decade as a house-bound patient, I was told about Fall River Vision and Dr. Christina Herald's fantastic service.Dr. Herald will always have a special place in my heart. I booked an eye exam and she came to my home with her new and fancy portable eye equipment -- all in one bag. She completed a very thorough exam and gave me back the pleasures of working comfortably on both my computer as well as prescribe another pair of glasses so I can now see my family and friends clearly at gatherings.Dr. Herald is a special light in the world, and I think we all know that it is rare and wonderful to meet someone who considers their profession to be a "calling." The quality of her care is inspiring.My comprehensive exam tested my field of vision, checked me for glaucoma, measured eye pressure, evaluated me as to cataracts -- and gave me back peace of mind after so many years I was forced to neglect my eye health.As far as I know, Fall River Vision is the only company in MA and RI to come to patients' homes for eye exams and prescription glasses. I feel so lucky to be a patient now under the care of Fall River Vision and the warm office team that worked with me to get me back on track and to be able to take such joy in eye health once again.

I had a great experience at Fall River vision! The building is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is just comforting. The Dr was so kind and friendly. They all made it so easy to get an exam done. I am actually looking forward to my next visit there!

Dr Herald and her staff were phenomenal. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and friendly in greeting me and remembered me from a previous visit. Another young lady who began my examination was also very nice and explained everything she had to do very well and made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with both of these staff members and how well they took care of me.Dr. Herald herself is just amazing. You sit there having a wonderful conversation while she does her exam and you are having such a good time talking you’re sorry when she’s all done. Dr Herald is the perfect combination of professionalism to the highest degree while having a personal touch that displays her essential goodness and caring for her patients as people as well as their eyes. All that makes for a great doctor and I feel very fortunate to be her patient. Finally there is Ruben who did the work to find me the proper pair of glasses. I was a little concerned about this but he made it so easy and fun. Just a great guy. The office is absolutely stunning in its appearance reflecting the stunning performance of Dr. Herald and her staff. I recommend her and her office to anyone without reservation.

I received my glasses a few days ago. They are wonderful. It is so nice to be able to see clearly again. I want to thank Dr Herald. Being homebound by agoraphobia has kept me from getting my eyes examined for years. Finding Dr Herald was such a relief. She is so sweet and did such a great job. She took her time with such a thorough exam and helping me find the right glasses. I really appreciate everything.
